What We Build

Most of the friction in a business lives in the gaps between systems — the spreadsheet that feeds the report, the email that triggers the approval, the export that someone has to clean up before it's useful. We close those gaps by building integrations that connect your existing software: ERPs, CRMs, document platforms, email, and anything else your team already depends on.

We also build custom internal tools that replace manual processes entirely — automated report generation, structured approval workflows, data pipelines that move information without a human in the middle. For legal, financial, and operations teams, we layer in AI-assisted document and knowledge workflows: contract review queues, policy Q&A tools, summarization pipelines — practical applications that reduce the time your team spends on routine information work.

How It Works With Your Stack

We build systems you own, so you can keep what works and change what doesn't.

The goal is never to rip out what's working — it's to make the tools you already own do more, connect better, and demand less manual effort from your team. We start with the bottleneck, not the technology: what's slow, what's error-prone, what's eating time that shouldn't be.

And when you are moving between systems, that's exactly when this matters most. A migration is where good process quietly gets lost — the workaround nobody documented, the report only one person knows how to run. We smooth that transition and give you the best of both: the parts of the old system your team actually relies on, combined with what drew you to the new one in the first place.

Either way, we work in small iterations that ship and work before we expand. Each sprint delivers something real your team can use — not a prototype sitting in a staging environment. That keeps feedback tight, scope controlled, and value visible month over month.

Note

Staying put and moving on are both fine starting points. If you're keeping your current systems, we make them do more. If you're replacing them, we make the change land without losing the parts your team depends on. What we won't do is talk you into a rebuild you didn't come here for.

The Monthly Capacity Plan

Software & Automation is purchased the same clear way as our Fractional AI Leadership: a Monthly Capacity Plan. You commit to a set number of build hours per month, paid up front, and that capacity is reserved for your roadmap — no waiting in a queue, no scramble for availability.

What You GetHow It WorksDetails

Frequently Asked Questions

What size projects do you take on?

The Monthly Capacity Plan starts at a minimum of 10 hours per month. Projects scale up or down month-to-month based on your roadmap — some clients run steady at 10 hours, others ramp up during a build push and pull back during quieter periods. There's no long-term contract required beyond the monthly commitment. And if reserving capacity isn't the right fit yet, we're happy to bill hourly for the work we do instead.

How long before we see results?

Most clients have a first working tool delivered within their first month of build capacity. We scope to ship, not to plan indefinitely — so the first sprint is designed to produce something real your team can use, not a requirements document for a future build.
